"Pure" is the crown jewel of Domaine la Barroche, crafted from a single plot of 100-year-old Grenache vines planted in sandy soils. The 2021 vintage is a masterclass in finesse, showcasing the lighter, more ethereal side of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It offers captivating aromas of sweet kirsch, wild strawberries, and lavender. On the palate, it is incredibly silky and unforced, possessing a graceful texture often compared to a Grand Cru Burgundy, with a long, fresh finish.
