This is a rare, mature Shiraz from the Barossa Valley, a unique creation from Hentley Farm's early days. The 2009 'Von Kasper' is now beautifully evolved, offering a captivating blend of dark fruit, savory complexity, and silky texture. A sophisticated bouquet of plum, leather, and a hint of exotic spice introduces a palate that is full-bodied, rich, and wonderfully supple, with a long, lingering finish.
