A beautifully mature, single-vineyard Shiraz from The Old Faithful, sourced from their 'Top of the Hill' block in McLaren Vale. The 2007 vintage has evolved gracefully with patient cellaring, developing a complex bouquet of dried plum, licorice, and savory leather, supported by fine, velvety tannins. A profound expression of aged McLaren Vale terroir.
