"Les Griffons" is one of the second wines from the prestigious Château Pichon Baron, offering a true expression of the estate's classic Pauillac character. The 2017 vintage is energetic and structured, blended primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon. It reveals a pure nose of blackcurrant, blackberry, and cedar wood. On the palate, it is fresh and direct with fine-grained tannins, making it approachable now while retaining the depth to age gracefully.
