這款2020年份的赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）產自長野縣備受追捧的自然派酒莊 Funky Chateau，是一款罕見且表現力豐富的日本紅酒。葡萄種植於青木村（Aoki Village）的火山土壤中，不使用化學農藥，採用野生酵母發酵並以未過濾方式裝瓶。酒體散發出黑加侖子（cassis）、紫羅蘭以及標誌性的青椒和森林泥土的純淨香氣。口感中等，酸度明亮，單寧細緻帶有粉質感，展現了該葡萄品種優雅的一面。
