At Cuvees.com, we meticulously curate and inspect every bottle to ensure top-shoulder ullage or better. Because wine is a living, perishable product, our return policies are designed to maintain the highest standards of safety and provenance.
Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items
Please examine your order immediately upon delivery.
Reporting Window: Any claims for breakages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service team at hello@cuvees.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Please provide clear photographic evidence of the transit damage or discrepancy along with your order number.
Wine Conditions & Premium Returns
Because cork taint and natural variations are inherent to aged wines, older vintages, and natural corks, we handle returns with strict quality controls:
Standard Policy: We generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds on opened wines, including corked bottles, due to standard industry-wide hygiene and provenance regulations.
Premium Bottling Assessment (HK$300+): For premium wines and spirits priced at HK$300 and above, we evaluate potential defects on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a premium bottle is flawed, please preserve the bottle with its original cork and contact us immediately for assessment.
Force Majeure, Law & Jurisdiction
Cuvees.com (12 Bottles Company Limited) is not liable for failure to meet obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All transactions, sales, and disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
