From superstar producer A. J. Adam, this is a single-vineyard dry (Trocken) Riesling from the legendary Hofberg Grand Cru. The classic 2016 vintage, now perfectly mature, is a masterpiece of tension and purity. It reveals a profound bouquet of lime zest, wet slate, and emerging petrol notes, with a laser-like acidity and an intensely mineral finish.
