Produced in the mystical foothills of the Himalayas, Ao Yun 2020 is a groundbreaking luxury wine from Yunnan, China. This "Grand Cru of the Himalayas" is a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted from vineyards ranging between 2,200 and 2,600 meters in altitude. The 2020 vintage offers exceptional freshness and finesse, revealing aromas of wild blackcurrant, smoke, and savory mountain herbs. On the palate, it is elegant and silky, with a distinct mineral character and a long, refined finish.
