This is a rare, 20-year-old Vin Santo, crafted in the ancient Tuscan tradition by a biodynamic master. Grapes are naturally dried for months before a long, slow aging process in small barrels. The 2005 is a masterpiece of tertiary complexity, with an incredibly deep bouquet of roasted nuts, dried apricot, caramel, and spice, leading to a finish that lasts for minutes.
