The 2019 Châteauneuf-du-Pape "Cuvée Fiancée" from Domaine de la Barroche is a masterful blend of old-vine Grenache and Syrah. The palate is full-bodied, opulent, and flawlessly balanced, with velvety tannins and a long, mineral-etched finish that reflects the depth of this exceptional vintage.
