A monumental wine from a legendary vintage, the 2009 Calon Ségur combines the estate's classic structure with unusual opulence. It opens with hedonistic aromas of crème de cassis, dark chocolate, and damp earth. The palate is full-bodied and fleshy, supported by ripe, velvety tannins that lead to a pure, persistent finish.
