Sourced from the oldest vines on the Peter Michael estate in Knights Valley, the 2021 Belle Côte is a stunning example of high-elevation Chardonnay. Known for its exotic profile, this vintage balances intense richness with a vibrant, mineral backbone. It opens with captivating aromas of orange blossom, lychee, and rose petal. On the palate, it is creamy and weighty, layering notes of citrus oil and brioche with a long, energetic finish.
