This is a powerful, elegant blend of Barossa's two regal red grapes: Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2012 'Quintessential' is a wine of immense depth and seamless harmony, showcasing the synergy between these two noble varietals in an excellent vintage. A complex bouquet of blackberry, cassis, and cedar introduces a palate that is full-bodied, rich, and impeccably structured, with a long, commanding finish.
