Applying the noble rot philosophy to fruit, this is a unique sweet apple elixir from a top Tokaji estate. Crafted from late-harvested apples in 2007 and now beautifully aged, it reveals deep, complex aromas of apple tart, caramel, and sweet spice, all balanced by a remarkable, vibrant acidity.
