This is a special opportunity to acquire a previous-release 'Old Label' bottling of Giraud's celebrated 'Esprit Nature.' The additional time aging in bottle has allowed this Pinot Noir-dominant cuvée to develop a stunning textural richness and aromatic complexity. Expect a beautiful bouquet of baked apple and brioche, layered over the signature powerful, chalky minerality of the Aÿ Grand Cru.
