A rare opportunity to taste a beautifully mature Pinot Gris from Pike & Joyce. From the excellent 2018 vintage, this Adelaide Hills white has evolved beyond simple fruit, revealing a rich, textural palate with complex notes of baked pear, honeycomb, and almond on a long, savory finish.
