This is a rare opportunity to taste the icon wine from a top organic estate in Radda in Chianti, now at 18 years of age. 'Primamateria' is a 100% Sangiovese of profound complexity, and the 2007 vintage is now in a perfect, mature state. A stunning bouquet of dried cherry, leather, and balsamic notes introduces a palate of incredible depth and silky, resolved tannins.
