This is a special autumn release, a 'Hiyaoroshi' that has rested and matured through the summer months. As an unfiltered and undiluted 'Murokagenshu,' it is a sake of exceptional richness and depth. The summer aging has softened its character, creating a beautifully round and savory palate with notes of ripe melon, toasted rice, and a long, umami-rich finish.
