"Ameiro" (amber-colored) is the beautifully aged (koshu) version of Chikusen's classic Omachi Junmai Ginjo. Years of patient maturation have transformed the sake, creating a deep and complex sherry-like character. Expect a profound bouquet of toasted nuts, dried fruit, honey, and a rich, savory umami finish.
