Michel Couvreur Fleeting Q Single Cask Single Malt Whisky

A rare and ephemeral single cask from Michel Couvreur, "Fleeting Q" is an unpeated single malt aged in a very dry sherry cask. This unique maturation in Burgundy imparts a delicate, saline character, with notes of salted almond, green apple, chamomile, and a crisp, mineral-driven finish.
