WADACHI Green (Hisui) is an innovative Kioke-fermented IPA that marries traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern craft beer. Fermented in Yoshino cedar barrels, it blends vibrant tropical hop notes—reminiscent of citrus and mango—with a sophisticated woody undertone. The palate is bold yet remarkably smooth, offering a crisp bitterness and a refreshing, cedar-inflected finish.
