Éphémère 031 is a highly limited, collaborative Champagne release co-selected by iconic grower-producers Frédéric Savart and Jérôme Prévost (of La Closerie). This release belongs to Savart's "Éphémère" project, which explores exceptional, confidential vineyard sites across Champagne.

Terroir & Production: While Savart and Prévost managed the final curation, the wine itself was crafted by Champagne Drémont (Drémont Père & Fils) utilizing elite Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes. Vintages feature fruit sourced from prized terroirs such as Avize or Sillery.

2019 Vintage: Sourced from the Montagne de Reims (Sillery), bottled with an ultra-low dosage of 1 g/L, disgorged in April 2026, and limited to only 3,405 bottles globally
