An elegant vintage of one of the world's most celebrated wines. The 2011 "La Chapelle" from Paul Jaboulet Ainé offers a more approachable and refined expression of the Hermitage terroir compared to blockbuster years. Crafted from 100% Syrah, it reveals a complex bouquet of crushed rocks, blackberry, smoked meat, and licorice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with fine, silky tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish.
