Jacques Lassaigne 'Les Vignes de Montgueux' Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a vibrant, terroir-driven Champagne, crafted entirely from high-altitude Chardonnay. It bursts with an energetic bouquet of yellow citrus, green apple, crushed chalk, and fresh white flowers. Crisp, precise, and laser-focused, its racy acidity leads to a dry, intensely saline-mineral finish.
