Les Jardins d’André Clouet is an exceptional single-vineyard collection celebrating Bouzy Grand Cru’s unique terroirs. Crafted by Jean-François Clouet, each cuvée acts like a individual garden, highlighting distinct soils, microclimates, and exposure. 100% oak-barrel fermented, these 2019 vintage wines deliver precision, chalky minerality, and vibrant purity.

An unexpected, beautifully poised Bouzy Blanc de Blancs showing remarkable tension and precision. Fermented entirely in neutral oak barriques, it displays brilliant focus with lemon, apple, and white peach notes. Fresh, zero-dosage balance highlights the pure, crystalline chalk minerality of the outstanding 2019 vintage.
