Crafted by grower-champagne icon Jérôme Prévost in the village of Gueux, La Closerie Les Béguines is a benchmark expression of Pinot Meunier. Grown on old vines rooted in fossil-rich, sandy limestone soils and vinified in seasoned oak casks, it unfurls with aromas of spiced orchard fruit, mirabelle plum, dried chamomile, and crushed sea shells. Intensely vinous and chalky, the palate harmonizes generous texture with vibrating acidity and an exceptionally pure, mineral-driven finish.
